Jesse Seibold
Trumpet / Piano / Composition
Jesse Seibold is a trumpet player, composer, and producer working and teaching in the Los Angeles area. Jesse received his undergraduate degree in Jazz Studies at California State University Northridge. He began playing the trumpet at age 11 and has been teaching trumpet since the age of 17. He has performed at notable Los Angeles venues including the Hollywood Bowl, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Blue Whale, and the Baked Potato. Jesse has shared the stage with Zakir Hussain, Tierney Sutton, Anthony Strong, Imani Uzuri, and Chuck Findley.
Jesse received high praise for his trumpet playing and compositions while still in his undergraduate studies at CSUN. His ensemble, JBAC Quartet, won first place in the 2015 Angel City Arts Young Artist Competition. He was a participant in the Banff Centre’s International Workshop in Jazz and Creative Music in 2015.
Jesse offers lessons for beginning to advanced trumpet players, jazz theory, and composition.
