Billing Information *Payment Information:* Your credit card will not be charged until 2 days after your first lesson. Following your initial lesson, if you wish to be charged for a single lesson rather than the discounted monthly rate, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of your first lesson. Should we not receive your email within this timeframe, we will reserve your spot with the teacher, and payment will be required to cover the first lesson and the remaining weekly lessons for that month. Please note that there is a $35 registration fee charged at the time of registration. You have the option to change your lesson type or adjust the length of your lesson at the beginning of the upcoming month.

Credit Card Payments: As an ongoing student, it's your responsibility to maintain a valid credit card on file for tuition charged on the first of every month. Failure to have a valid card on file will result in a non-auto-pay charge, which is $20 above the standard autopay rate. Your cooperation in keeping your payment information up to date is extremely important. To discontinue lessons we need 14-days advance notice emailed to [email protected] and there will be no future charges.
Availability *Availability Information:* We offer lessons seven days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM. To help us schedule your lessons as quickly as possible, please list all the days and times you are available, including your earliest and latest start times, in the space provided below. Incomplete information may delay the scheduling process by 1–2 weeks. Your lessons will be scheduled during one of the times you provide, so please ensure you are available for all the options you list.

Knauer Music School Policies: Our make-up policy is designed to optimize convenience for our students and instructors. Your tuition covers four lessons per month. In months with five weeks, the fifth lesson serves as either a make-up opportunity or a complimentary bonus lesson. This provides a student with four make-up opportunities annually. These four make-up sessions fall on the student’s regular weekly day and time, eliminating the need to do any make-up scheduling. Feel free to use these four make-up lessons whether you gave 24 hours notice or not, though we encourage respecting your instructor's time by giving them notice if you can’t make your lesson. If you haven't missed a lesson when the fifth lesson occurs, you may consider it a complimentary bonus lesson. Holidays: We are open 365 days a year for lessons. In the event of a holiday that is not observed by both you and your teacher, you are welcome to conduct your lesson at one of our stores. If a student is unable to attend a lesson due to a holiday, they can utilize one of the four designated make-up days. These make-up opportunities are conveniently scheduled during the fifth week in months with five weeks. In cases where the teacher is absent, we may provide you with a substitute, or you and your instructor may schedule a make-up on a different day than your regular lesson or add on extra time to your regular lesson. If we fail to offer a substitute or you and your instructor cannot schedule a make-up, we will issue a refund. Please note that if a student is 15 minutes late to their lesson without contacting their instructor, the lesson may be considered canceled. Tuition is designed to reserve the teacher's time and the studio space weekly and is due even if the student cannot attend all their lessons.

I'm a senior learner and needed an instructor with lots of patience. Larissa was an excellent choice for me. I absolutely loved her style of teaching. She was a confidence builder. Would you believe I participated in two online recitals? Although I wasn't perfect, I got over my nervousness and shared my talent. What a wonderful experience, which gave me a boost out of my comfort zone. Knauer Music School has a wide selection of pianos. It was a candy store of pianos and I loved playing the Steinway and Sons while waiting for my lessons. The staff are wonderful and courteous folks. Here's a tip about the parking. On Tampa south of Ventura Boulevard, you have one hour free street parking. (Read the street signs before walking away from your vehicle.) Be careful when exiting your vehicle. The road is well travelled. So if you have little ones, be mindful of the flow of traffic. Use caution. Enjoy your lessons at Knauer. Whether young or older...like me, it's a cool place to take piano lessons!
